● Provide technical support to end-users/QA team
● Installing and configuring & maintenance, managing IT devices
● Maintain and troubleshoot hardware/software/ LAN and Network
● Provide 2nd level support (systems and network) and troubleshoot to resolve issues

Required qualification 
  ● Working Experience: 3 years experience as an IT System & Network Administrator
  ● Good at English communication
  ● Good working knowledge for Microsoft product and virtualization technologies such as VMWare, Hyper-V.
  ● Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skill
  ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  ● Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Desired qualification
  ● A broad set of expertise in
  ● Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix )
  ● Networking knowledge
  ● Microsoft server environment (include AD, Mail Exchange, etc)
  ● Linux server
  ● Cloud service ( AWS / Azure / Google Cloud ).
