About this position

As a product specification manager, it is a position to involve the client and team (Project Manager and Engineer) to formulate product specifications.

Communicate requirements from the client to the team, and feed back the questions and suggestions from the team to the client. At a higher level, we not only interpret/translate words and communicate, but also collect opinions from both the client and the team, and take responsibility as a specification manager to consider, propose, and formulate what the product should be. . In addition, we will proactively coordinate human relations and schedules between the client and the team for smooth project execution. As a point of contact for clients, appropriate behavior and communication skills are required as representatives of the team and, in turn, the company.

With the above mindset, even people without an IT background can play an active role as a key person who creates "good products" across countries and organizations.

Required qualification and skills

• Ability to perform work both orally and in writing (computer) in any of the following two languages
  • Vietnamese (native level) + Japanese (N2 equivalent or above)
  • Japanese (native level) + English (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
• Able to communicate logically and according to the situation
• Able to respect others and achieve results in a team
