Must have

• 5+ years of working experience with Windows and Linux servers at Administrator or Engineer level. 
• Good technical overview and knowledge for system optimization. 
• Experience in public clouds Azure and GCP (Aliyun is a plus). 
• Experience in CI/CD with GitLab and Azure DevOps (GitHub is a plus). 
• Experience in Kubernetes. 
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash or Python). 
• Hands-on experience in Terraform. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills. 
• Good knowledge about methodology, time management, and ITSM concepts. 
• Great communication skills in written & spoken English. 
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent

Nice to have

• Experience in Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy Management. 
• Advanced Windows PowerShell scripting skills. 
• Knowledge on Ansible and WinRM. 
• Basic Network and Database skills. 
• Public cloud certification is a plus. 
• ITILv4 is a plus. 
• Working experience in an ISP or IT services provider company. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, teamwork, and customer service skills.
