FOSSIL Vietnam (formerly Misfit) is one of 59 offices under the FOSSIL Group worldwide. Before joining FOSSIL, Misfit was a US high-tech company creating wearables and smart-home products, with an R & D and operations office based in Vietnam. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Understanding product features for validation scenarios definition to ensure high hardware-quality satisfaction.
• Implement firmware for hardware testing.
• Understanding the characteristics as well as the performance of electronic components for performance data analysis.
• Evaluate power consumption of hardware products against various end use-cases to build up battery life profile.
• Coordinate with internal teams to build up validation environment setup
• Support automation validation deployment.

WHAT WE NEED

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering/ mechatronic engineering/ computer science.
• At least 3 years working experience as an Embedded System Engineer.
• Good at C,C++ Programming.
• Experience with microcontroller programming using RTOS framework.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good at understanding component datasheets and hardware design documents.
• Good at debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good logical thinking.
• Enthusiasm for getting your hands dirty with hardware.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Embedded Linux, WearOS, Android.
• Experience with Python programming.
• Experience with automation development tools (Jenkins, Qt, C++, JavaScript, SQL).
• Experience in hardware validation is a plus.
