- Serve as a contact point between stakeholders and the development team to ensure that the development team understands the business requirements and that the evolving solution meets the defined requirements
- Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable and that they conform to standard
- Deliver documents write-up: Project’s scope, Business Requirement Document, System Requirement Specification, Functional Specification Document, System Requirement Document, User Guide and other documents that might be required
- Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirement documents
- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
- Communicate with client counterparts and other stakeholders if any.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Likely having 4+ years of experience in BA depending on how fast your learning and developing capability.
- Proven ability in Business Analyst skill set: requirements engineering, business process analysis, facilitation techniques, documentation techniques, etc.
- Good knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Proven knowledge or experience in skill set: market research, user-focused, data analytics, etc.
- Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies
