- Provides engineering support to customers, customer support personnel and field support staff on systems and product issues.
- Works with customer and company personnel to define technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.
- Provides technical feedback to engineering concerning product changes/enhancements.
- May quality check technical product documentation.
- The support for hardware testing and repair for other teams within the company.
- Design and selection of suitable electronic components for the product.
- Design prototypes for new products.

- Graduated from college with a field of Electronic and Communication Technology or related to electronics and information technology.
- Have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Have a foundational knowledge of electronic circuit design.
- Knowledge on using graphic design tools is an advantage.
- Have a basic knowledge of programming languages (C++, python).
- Read and understand documents in English.
- Meticulous, hardworking, and able to work with high intensity.
