- Discuss with product team to analyze and understand requirements of the product.
- Join regular meetings at night with product team in North America to get/clarify product requirements.
- Translate business objective/needs into documents.
- Take user stories written by our customer and use those stories to write requirements which are used by the development teams to write the code.
- The requirements explain what the software should do and touch on anything necessary, such as non-functional requirements (security, back-end integrations, APIs, etc.).
- Ensure the assigned tasks to be performed on-time and with high quality.
- Weekly and/or on-demand report to supervisor.
- Follow the project and organization processes, policies and regulations.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experienced in analyzing requirements
- Experienced in writing technical documents, procedures, workflows, etc.
- Having knowledge about Finance/Accounting/Auditing is a plus
- Fluent in English skills is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and cautious.
- Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized, and good teamwork spirit.
- Able to join meetings at night.
