APTech is a leading IT company that specializes in providing innovative, cutting-edge solutions to its clients. We are expanding our operations by setting up a development center in HCMC, which will allow us to better serve our clients in the region.

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing requirements from clients, project owners, and other stakeholders
• Developing test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on the given specifications
• Executing the test plan and reporting issues with detailed information
• Qualifying the severity and priority rating of each issue
• Reviewing and revising the test cases coverage based on the requirements / comments from the client in collaboration with the Development Team.

Candidates with more development experience would be considered as senior role.

Flexible Working hour :

1. Monday to Friday, either 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM , 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 9:30 AM – 18:30 PM

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Proficient understanding of various testing methodologies and the ability to design effective test cases
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools, such as Trello and TestLink
• Prior experience in reporting
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize information and proactively communicate with team members
• Capability to analyze requirements and provide valuable insights
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
• Enthusiasm for learning new tech stacks and frameworks
• Strong English communication skills (knowledge of Cantonese/Chinese is an added advantage)
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in testing web applications, including desktop and mobile responsive designs
• Prior experience in testing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Appium, Maven, and basic Java development
• Basic knowledge of hosting and server management, including cloud hosting, Linux, Apache, and IIS handling, would be advantageous.
