1. Project Delivery
   1. Be responsible for the team's technical leadership and the development of stable and scalable solutions for clients.
   2. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the web/mobile application which are assigned for management.
   3. Work with the product team and developer team to create new features that are well-designed and scalable.
   4. Troubleshoot and maintain critical production and testing environments. Diagnose and address performance and tuning issues whenever and wherever they occur. Identify recurring issues and collaborate with other teams on resolution plans.
   5. Research and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis to innovate projects.
   6. Support making proposal to clients and estimation of workload required with different teams within Lotte Data Communication Vietnam
   7. Provide frequent reports as requested by Headquarter in HCM
2. Team Development
   1. Recruit and mentor team members to maximise the team's performance and talents.
   2. Self-motivated to investigate new technologies to capitalise on the team's technical expertise.
   3. Occasionally training team members to upskill their technical expertise.

Compensation:

• 13th month salary.

• 7+ years of full-stack software development
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience (team size of 4 to 10 people)
• University graduate.
• Hands on skills in project management, architecture, development
• Practical experience with unit testing, integration test automation, and deployment automation
• Good working experience with Java, React/Angular, MongoDB/MySQL
• Solid knowledge and experiences with OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Be familiar with CI/CD technologies, AWS Services
• Good English skill in terms of writing and verbal communication
• Open and flexible mindset
