Tóm tắt công việc

• Tham gia vào việc xây dựng dịch vụ Object Storage, Database và các dịch vụ khác cho VNG Cloud
• Nghiên cứu, đánh giá và triển khai các giải pháp về tối ưu hóa hiệu suất, tăng khả năng mở rộng (scale), cung cấp các giải pháp ổn định hệ thống, HA, monitoring, upgrading,... cho các hệ thống ở trên
• Nghiên cứu, đánh giá và triển khai các dịch vụ, phần mềm trên nền Kubernetes
• Tự động hoá và luôn cải thiện hệ thống với kĩ năng lập trình hoặc sử dụng các công cụ vận hành, quản lý cấu hình, v.v.

• Nắm vững kiến thức, thành thạo một trong các Linux distros (Ubuntu, CentOS...)
• Nắm vững kiến thức về TCP/IP network stack, network protocol như: DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP,...
• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc tối thiểu 2 năm về các công nghệ Storage như Openstack (Swift, Keystone, Nova, v.v.), CEPH và các công nghệ khác liên quan như Kafka, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Filebeat), Statsd, InfluxDB, v.v.
• Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm quản trị và vận hành các hệ thống Database với quy mô lớn, các công nghệ Database như: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Có kiến thức lập trình cơ bản một số ngôn ngữ (bash shell, python, C/C++, Golang).
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc trên các hệ thống lớn, high-scale application.
• Kinh nghiệm làm việc 1 trong các hyperscale public cloud AWS/GCP/Azure/…
• Tinh thần làm việc cao, làm việc cẩn thận, kỹ lưỡng, có yêu cầu cao về chất lượng công việc.
• Hòa đồng, vui vẻ với mọi người.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng anh tốt.
• Năng lực R&D tốt.
• Năng lực tư duy cao.

Ưu tiên

• Có kiến thức về công nghệ Container (docker), Container Orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Có kinh nghiệm về Kafka, Elasticsearch 2+ năm.
• Có kinh nghiệm vận hành các hệ thống storage.
• Có khả năng nghiên cứu ứng dụng các công nghệ mới.
• Thành thạo các automation tool như Ansible, Saltstack,...
• Có khả năng lập trình ngôn ngữ Golang, Python
