The Agile Coach facilitates the transition from earlier design and support methodologies (e.g. Waterfall Development) to the Agile and LEAN ways of working. This job includes (but not limited to) the following accountabilities:

• Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching.
• Trainer:
  • Train Agile way of working for newcomers
  • Train Scrum Masters (ScM) and Product Owners (PO)
• Mentor members and teams understand and apply the best practices of Scrum into the team’s daily work
• Coach members and teams agile mindset to ensure the adoption of best practices stays on track with agile techniques and fine-tune behaviors
• Lead agile workshops for Scrum teams, the company and universities
• Support and guide POs, Scrum teams, ScMs to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Build and evaluate the maturity of Scrum teams and identify team’s improvements
• Support stakeholders in building a performance evaluation system for POs and ScMs
• Involve the process of selecting potential ScMs and POs for teams
• Establish and maintain an Agile Community of Practice

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Significant understanding of Software design methodology and verification principles and process.
• Significant understanding of Agile/Lean and its’ implementation.
• Experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe)
• Experience in change management, leadership, and coaching.
• An excellent communicator and facilitator (both English and Vietnamese).
• Influencing and understanding others.
• Flexibility and Resilience.
