PURPOSE OF JOB
We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Frontend Engineer to join our HRIS development team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating intuitive and seamless user experiences, possesses a strong foundation in frontend technologies, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our HRIS platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to implement user interface designs for HRIS applications.
• Develop, test, and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications.
• Contribute to the optimization of web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues to ensure smooth functionality across different devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in frontend development, user experience, and design principles.

Your skills and experience

JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Experience: 

• Proven experience of 2+ years working as a Frontend Engineer. Any exposure to HRIS systems or human resources processes is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit tests for frontend code.
• Prior experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility.
  
  Skills/Knowledge
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework/library (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and collaboration with design teams.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
