• Cooperate with the manager/project leader to make testing schedule/plan/strategy correspond with the development schedule & company process.
• Define and operate the product quality control through the evaluation, review, quality monitoring according to the processes, guidelines, standards and quality criteria/metrics.
• Join & instruct team members in defining testcase, creating test design, test specification.
• Analyze test results, test metrics and make project quality reports.
• Manage progress, test execution result, bugs
• Cooperate with project leader in defining problem/solutions to solve issue of quality/process
• Provide training/concise feedback to existing members to improve quality/process
• Suggest new test method considering clients economic conditions

1. EDUCATION

• Graduated from College/University in Information Technology/Computer.
• At least 3 years of experience as a QA/QC leader. 

2. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCES

MUST HAVE

• Good technical knowledge in web development methodologies, design and implementation.
• Experience in defining and operating a quality control, process and metrics
• Experience in documenting test cases, bugs and associated reporting.
• Ability to apply QA best standard/practice, method and tool.
• Good understanding of the entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance.
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks, with great attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and can work independently
• Personal development through assessment, coaching & feedback
• Good presentation skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience in building automation frameworks using test automation tools such as Katalon, Cypress, Playwright
• Hands-on experience in usability, browser compatibility, integration, regression, security, performance/load/stress test. 
• Practical experience in mobile testing and database testing (Postgresql, MySql,..)
• Familiarity with a cloud service (AWS, GCP) and a testing in these environments

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Communicate basically in English  (writing, reading, speaking)
