- Shape and design products that improve the lives of our customers
- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Unearth deep insights in customer needs and behaviours and translate them into clear design challenges
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
- Create prototypes and wireframes
- Deliver the overall design architecture, user interface, specifications, requirements for the look, feel and functionality of product (Web, Smart/Android TV, Mobile platform)
- Conduct usability testing
- Collaborate with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency and coherence across products
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in design, HCD or behavioral/social science
- Good at English (Nice to have)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in user experience design work
- Experience in designing consumer quality experiences and products on both web and mobile platforms
- Experience in designing clear and creative artifacts (task flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes)
- Skilled with at least one advanced prototyping tool (e.g. Axure, Framer)
- Skilled with at least two visual design tools (Figma and SketchApp)
- Experience as a Designer in an agile team, along with detailed working knowledge of Agile
