Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
• Present your work to the stakeholders in well-crafted deliverables such as high-fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and/or design presentations.
• Create and maintain the Design system, encompassing reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that foster consistency and ease of development.
• Advocate for adopting the Design system, providing guidance to other designers and developers to ensure its successful implementation.
• Provide valuable feedback and guidance for the design team on the usage of the design system and usage of components.
• Support the design team in various design-related tasks, such as assisting with visual assets, collaborating on web design projects, and contributing to overall design improvements.
• Ensure consistency in design elements across the product to create a cohesive visual identity.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs accurately and troubleshoot any design-related issues during the development process.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best UX and UI design practices.
• Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
• Ensure that the UI is responsive and works seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
• Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate your designs and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of your projects, being proactive in coordinating with team members in different time zones and effectively managing your tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX/UI design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a mid-level (3-5 years) UI Designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience designing and maintaining a design system, including design tokens, style guides, and component libraries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or other relevant software.
• Solid understanding of design principles.
• Understand the concept of design guidelines, best practices, and UI standards
• Experience with prototyping to demonstrate interactive designs and user flows.
• Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to express yourself, your ideas, and your work effectively in English.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, adapting to changing business requirements.
• Ability to take ownership of projects, working efficiently and responsibly, even in a distributed team with different time zones.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate stakeholder insights into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
