- Communicate with Japanese Customers to clarify the user needs and business goals.
- Cooperate with project team members to lead projects to success.
- Develop high-quality software design and architecture with detail documents.
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life-cycle.
- Manage the project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control the project.
- Implement programs and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
- Understand the client’s needs and maintain a good business relationship with them.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good at Japanese for 4 skills, have N2 or higher certificate is a plus.
- At least 2 years working experience as BrSE/SE in Web Development in Japan Market.
- Have experience in Projec Manager is a plus.
- Good communication Japanese skills: can lead group discussions (public speaking), create teamwork orientated environment, etc.
- Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, pro-active, dare-to-lead attitude
