Epsilo in a nutshell

• A tech startup who build a closed-loop SaaS platform to enable brands and agencies market efficiently and maximize revenue in retail media network, a place where advertisers spend $100B a year, and grow with a 41% CAGR in country like India.
• We help digital manager aggregate data, provide benchmark for their performance against their competitors on whitespace, pricing, promotion; facilitate an environment for them to collaborate for campaign and budget design, decide the solutions, and finally execute it using rules-based automation. We called it an ABCDE framework for retail media optimization.

What you’ll own

• Design and implement a flexible campaign management platform adaptable to various retail media and ad structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with multiple retail media networks and formats.
• Develop scalable and maintainable code, allowing for easy adaptation and customization to different advertising frameworks.
• Ensure robustness and high performance of the campaign management system across diverse retail environments.
• Stay abreast of industry trends in retail media and advertising technology to continuously evolve our platform's capabilities.

What you should have

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (with Python or PHP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing digital advertising landscapes.
• Proven experience in developing scalable SaaS platform.
• Strong understanding of API development, database management, and system integration principles.
• Experience in building and using AI is a plus.
