Zalo was built to strengthen relationships through shared experiences. We are looking to expand our diverse Product Management team to keep the continuous success of the number one communication app in Vietnam.
- Lead the ideation and launch of innovative products;
- Drive product development with a team of dynamic and talented engineers and designers;
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction;
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products;
- Understand Zalo’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry;
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Feature Management Experience and working process;
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and UX/UI design;
- User research experience in industry or academia;
- Mastery of methods, with an emphasis on qualitative or quantitative research;
- Plan and conduct research in close collaboration with people in a variety of roles, including research, design, engineering and data;
- Sharp, motivated co-workers in a high-tech environment;
- Well-versed critical thinking and logical thinking.
