- Identify data to be collected for ML/AI projects and propose data collection solutions
- Analyze data to find valuable information from which to identify problems that can be solved with ML/AI
- Build ML/AI models to serve the company's development purposes
- Build optimized solutions for production and business activities
- Play a key role in implementing AI tasks and strategies
- Play a key role in providing technical guidance for some tasks related to ML/AI model design
- Support the AI Manager in researching new technologies to guide the team, and Manage the technical architecture of AI and big data systems:
- Manage and develop the Data Science Team: Oversee a team of data scientists, and analysts, ensuring effective execution of projects and initiatives.
- The other tasks are assigned by the CTO.
- 100% salary on your probation period.

Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in information technology or information systems, Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in ML/AI-related work, and form 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Good knowledge of ML/AI, language models, and NLP
- Knowledge and experience in finding outstanding features for ML/AI models
- Strong background in product development
- Ability to detect and optimize ML/AI models
- Ability to self-learn new technologies
- Extensive knowledge of data processing and analysis (DE and DA)
- Ability to lead a team
