Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX designers.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the design team.

Design Strategy:

• Define and implement the UI/UX vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative designs.

User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
• Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

Design Execution:

• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across products.

Metrics and Analysis:

• Define UX success metrics and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of designs.
• Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Tools and Technologies:
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools and usability testing software.
  • Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
