Tóm tắt công việc
- Tham gia trực tiếp các cuộc họp và theo dõi việc thực hiện tiến độ dự án
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đối tác và các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo tiến độ dự án
- Giám sát, đưa ra đề xuất thay thế, tối ưu hóa để cải thiện chất lượng của dự án
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho các phòng ban liên quan.
- Chịu trách nhiệm và quản lý các tài liệu liên quan đến dự án (báo cáo, đề xuất, báo giá, tài liệu đánh giá nghiệm thu...)
- Theo dõi đơn hàng và báo cáo cho lãnh đạo và quản lý trực tiếp

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc kinh tế.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí trợ lý quản lý dự án hoặc vị trí tương đương
- Thành thạo việc chuẩn bị và quản lý báo cáo
- Khả năng chủ động, lập kế hoạch, quản lý công việc, luôn đảm bảo tiến độ dự án
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, thích ứng nhanh chóng với sự thay đổi hoặc yêu cầu phát sinh.
- Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm hoặc độc lập tốt, hiệu quả dưới áp lực cao.
- Có chứng chỉ PMP/PMI-ACP và kỹ năng Excel/Powerpoint là lợi thế.
- Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh (bắt buộc)
- Biết tiếng Hàn (Topik4 trở lên) là một lợi thế, ưu tiên Nữ
- CV tiếng Anh/Hàn + Tiếng Việt
