1. Data Engineering:

• Develop and maintain data ETL pipelines: extracting data from websites, transforming and merging multiple data sources, and loading into databases and data lakes 
• Implement automation solutions to streamline reporting and dashboard processes 
• Collaborate with the Technical team on pipeline development and optimization initiatives

2. Data Analytics:

• Lead the development of comprehensive reports and dashboards for the Livestream team to track key performance metrics: session efficiency, ROI, host performance, and adherence to client guidelines 
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover actionable insights and recommendations for improving livestreaming performance, efficiency, and quality 
• Provide timely, on-demand analysis for senior stakeholders and clients to support growth strategies and optimization initiatives

Partner with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, and Operations on various analytical projects

Requirements:

1. Education background requirements: 

• BA/BS in Information Technology or related fields.

2. Experience/Industry requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or data engineering roles 
• Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing strongly preferred 
• Knowledge of livestreaming platforms and services is a plus 

3. Competency requirements: 

Technical Must-haves:

• Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI 
• Experience with data analytics and engineering tools (AWS RDS, PostgreSQL, Airflow, pandas) 

Business Must-haves:

• Strong business acumen with ability to apply domain knowledge to analytical work 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of identifying insights, challenges, and opportunities through data and numbers 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation abilities 
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven stakeholder management skills with experience working effectively with senior leaders across functions 

Project management experience: planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating projects, including team coordination
