We are looking for a Technical Content Creator (Software & Documentation) to join our dynamic Vietnam-based software and marketing team. This role bridges the gap between technical documentation and marketing content, shaping how users experience and understand our products.

You’ll be part of the Vietnam Marketing team, working side-by-side with the Technical Writing Manager in Canada. You will have the unique opportunity to influence both the product experience and the brand's communication voice across global markets.

We also welcome candidates from UX writing, content design, or documentation design backgrounds who may be stronger in layout, storytelling, and user empathy. Your work will directly impact how users experience, understand, and interact with our technology solutions. You will grow your skills across both technical documentation and creative content initiatives, while contributing to real-world international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user guides, FAQs, release notes, blog articles, and website content
• Simplify complex ideas into intuitive content for users
• Work with developers, marketers, designers, and testers
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Communicate and report directly to leader in VN and Canada (chat, e-mail, and document)

Job Requirements

1. Software Understanding (Must-Have)
• Experience using or documenting complex software (QA, support, or product background preferred)
• Ability to learn technical features quickly from both a system and user perspective

2. Writing and Communication
• Excellent written English
• Skilled at translating technical concepts into clear, simple language for non-technical users
• Ability to write structured, concise, and engaging documentation
• Proficient in using ChatGPT or other AI tools for drafting, analyzing, researching, and refining content

3. Design & Visual Skills
• Familiar with content layout and visual storytelling principles (spacing, formatting, visual hierarchy)

• Proficient with tools like MS Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and screenshot annotation software

• Experience with WordPress (basic content editing and updates)

• Experience with Figma or Adobe InDesign is a plus. We value a strong willingness to learn — training will be fully provided if needed.

4. End-User Mindset
• Empathy toward user experience — always asking: “What would the user need to know?”
• Strong usability awareness and logical thinking

5. Collaboration & Initiative
• Comfortable working with developers, testers, and product teams
• Proactive in asking questions and testing features independently
• Clear communicator across cultures and time zones
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Linguistics, Journalism, or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, documentation, UX writing, or content development
• Experience working in a software development company is highly preferred

• WordPress (for basic content management and documentation updates)
• Redmine or monday.com for task management
