For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for a Scrum Master to work in Ho Chi Minh City. As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment. Our client is an IT Staffing company specializing in software and application development. They provide technology services that digitally transform their partners and generate business value. They are a Microsoft Gold Partner and are ISO 27001:2013 certified. They offer a comprehensive range of services, including staffing and technology consulting, software engineering, and ongoing support. They fully embrace the Agile software engineering principles and use SCRUM to manage projects. Their multidisciplinary expertise enables them to deliver innovative solutions that help their partners achieve their goals.

As a Scrum Master, you will support an agile team by applying Scrum practices and enhancing team performance. Your responsibilities include maintaining focus, removing blockers, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Assist in development and implementation
• Drive continuous improvement
• Identify and address organizational barriers to agility
• Collaborating with Product Owners and Developers
• Contribute to strategic agile initiatives
You will also participate in development work as a senior full-stack developer. While your main focus is on Scrum Master tasks, you will join the development team to actively deliver work items

IDEAL PROFILE: A Technical Lead or Team Leader who is actively involved in coding (MS Stack) with Agile (SCRUM) methodology, preferably with certification. If not, we advise you to apply as well.

Technical skills

• Back-end
o Expert on .NET / C# / MS SQL / OData (Required)
o Knowledge of MS Graph / YAML pipelines / CI/CD (required)
• Front-end
o Modern web development: JavaScript/CSS/HTML (required)
o Libraries: React (Required)
o Design: Fluid Design (optional)

Soft skills

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (required)
• General knowledge of IAM processes and applications (optional)
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills
• Experience in conflict resolution, servant leadership, and organizational change
• Advanced certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, CSP-SM, SAFe Agilist) are a plus

• English level: Top of Intermediate or Advanced
