Outpost24 is looking for Senior Full-stack Python Developers to expand our Development team in our beautiful office in HANOI, VIETNAM.

You’ll work across multiple projects that span backend and frontend development. The core focus of these projects is large-scale web crawling, including data extraction from both the surface web and dark web. You’ll also have the chance to collaborate on projects that integrate modern AI and Machine Learning models—no prior experience required, just a willingness to learn.

You’ll collaborate closely with the engineering manager and team members to bring ideas to life, contributing directly to products that address today’s rapidly evolving cyberthreat landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to develop impactful software while gaining insight into how organizations use threat intelligence to reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software using modern engineering practices and agile methodologies
• Build and maintain reliable crawling infrastructure for web and dark web sources
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for both backend and frontend components
• Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, and estimation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
• Maintain and extend legacy code when necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies is a plus
• Experience with AWS and Terraform is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience building web crawlers and data extraction pipelines
• Familiarity with scraping techniques for both surface and dark web sources
• Experience building RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) in a team environment
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS
• Experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB
• Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices and tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Professional-level English communication skills
