We are looking for an experienced and technically strong IT Project Manager to join LG CNS Vietnam Build Center. As a PM, you will be responsible for managing software development projects for global clients (mainly Korean and international enterprises). A solid technical foundation in mobile or web development is required to effectively lead the development team and communicate with stakeholders.

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional development team including developers, testers, and business analysts.
• Work closely with clients and LG CNS Korea HQ to gather requirements, define scope, and align expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure high quality of deliverables by managing code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
• Prepare and maintain all project documentation (project plans, reports, meeting minutes, etc.)
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

[Required]

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in software development and 3+ years in project management roles.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
• iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
• Android (Kotlin/Java)
• Java (Spring Framework, J2EE)
• .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

[Nice to have]

• Experience working with Korean clients or in Korean companies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications is a plus.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
• Korean language proficiency is a strong advantage.
