We are looking for a BrSE candidate to join the project from offshore, receiving the requirements from clients, then communicating and cooperating with the Software Development/ Offshore team to develop the system and managing the development process of the software projects for clients.

• Understand business processes, discussing and making clear with the customer on business requirements and translating them into system specifications.
• Work under the client's side.
• Understand the requirements and deploy them to the Offshore/ Software Development Team.
• Communicate requests and inquiries between offshore and the client.
• Participate in the meeting with clients and support communication.
• Support understanding of the team of provided materials.
• Change requirements management.
• Responsible for reviewing the Offshore review report, reviewing the deliverables, and taking charge of the deliverables' quality and deliverables.
• Project work scope management (including variable work scope depending on the original work scope)

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 01+ year of experience working with software development, experience of working as BrSE.
• Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new technologies, and able to work under pressure.
• Good at English and Fluent in Japanese (N2) in both verbal and writing skills.
• 2+ years of hands-on system development experience, including web services or native application development.
• 1+ year of experience with AWS. (including one of the following certificates: AWS Solution Architect Associate, or AWS Developer Associate or above.)
• 1+ year of experience with GitHub, Backlog, Slack (or other project management or communication tools).

• Experience in creating and reviewing requirements definitions.
• Experience in planning and executing system tests.
• Proactive communication and collaboration with clients and partners to clarify requirements.
• Experience in leading system development projects in collaboration with overseas teams.

• Development experience as a developer (need technical knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in system maintenance and operations.
• 1+ year of experience in project management (PM or PL) or PMP certification.
• 1+ year of experience with Datadog or NewRelic.
• Experience in proposal writing and negotiation.
• Experience in developing high-traffic applications.
• Hands-on experience with servers, containers, and networks.
• Experience with configuration management tools for system deployment.
• IT certifications.
• Azure Associate or above certification.
