FUJIFILM Business Innovation is strengthening the development of Multi-function Printer (MFP); cloud services and software to transform into a solution services company. As many of the projects are large-
scale and require development using the latest technology, you can improve your skills and realize great results upon completion of the project.

• Objective: Development and maintenance of software related to MFP devices.
• Job Responsibilities: The responsibility is to take ownership of all quality control activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet company standards.
• Job Description:
  • Define testing process, design test scripts, and execute testing.
  • Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, creating testing reports.
  • Identify and report defects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives.
  • Analyze quality metrics, drive continuous process improvements, and provide detailed reports on testing progress, defect trends, and overall product quality.
  • Conduct training to team members and act as a mentor and guide for QC engineers on the team.

• Work experience: Proven experience in quality control or testing, with at least 3 years in senior role (experience as a leader is a plus).
• Having knowledge or experience about embedded devices is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
• Expertise in testing methodologies and solid understanding of quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density) and how to apply them.
• Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive measures.
• Clear and concise communicator, with the ability to present testing progress, defect reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively.
• Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a core member of the company.

Education/Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications
