• Objective: Development and maintenance of software related to MFP devices.
• Job Responsibilities: The responsibility of the Bridge & Lead Software Engineer is to summarize tasks of engineers, lead projects (Technical lead) and take the Bridge SE between the Vietnam team & Japan
  development department side.
• Job Description:
  • You will develop the UI for embedded controller software running on the control board of MFP devices.
  • Debugging and evaluation for MFP related software will be conducted using either actual devices or simulators.
  • The ultimate role of a Software Engineer is to build high-quality, correctly functioning software in compliance with coding standards.
  • Lead the development planning, operation, and quality assurance of the project

• Work Experience: Management experience in software development for 3 years or more, or experience as a software engineer for 5 years or more. (UI/UX/JavaScript/C++ experience is preferred)
• Language Proficiency: Japanese language proficiency at N2 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferrable.
• Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Having the motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more), as a core member of the company.

Education/Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications
