• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized deployments.
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes (e.g. Helm, kubectl, kustomize) or strong interest to learn.
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix systems, systemd, and shell scripting (e.g., Bash).
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience writing and managing Terraform or Ansible configurations.
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong communication and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with observability tools like Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack, Datadog, etc.
• Familiarity with managed databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud IAM/security best practices.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments and sprint-based deployment cycles.
• English is not required, but proficiency can be a plus — even in salary considerations.
