A day in your life might include
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Robot Framework.
- Create and manage automated test cases for UI, API, and integration testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior automation engineers.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve defects and improve test coverage.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and log defects using tools like JIRA.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies.

You’ll be joining a team of experts who are technically savvy, creative, and who share the intention of reinventing banking in Vietnam. You work closely with international architects and front-end consultants, product managers, and designers to develop the system. You will learn a lot from them.

How to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 3 years focused on Robot Framework.
- Strong proficiency in Python, as Robot Framework uses Python-based libraries.
- Experience with Selenium Library, API libraries (e.g., RequestsLibrary), and database validations.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
