Power Apps Development (70%)

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand automation requirements
• Maintain and support existing bots and troubleshoot issues when needed
• Integrate automation workflows with systems such as SQL Server and other enterprise tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure code quality standards

Power Automate Development 15%)

• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows to optimize business operations.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and third-party applications.
• Create and manage approval workflows, scheduled flows, and event-driven automation.
• Ensure workflows are optimized for performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing automation solutions.

General Responsibilities (10%)

• Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide training and support to end users for RPA solutions.
• Stay up to date with new features in RPA tools and continuously improve skills
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure governance, security, and compliance with company standards.

SQL Server Back-End Development (5%)

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and stored procedures.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and query execution.
• Ensure database security, integrity, and reliability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
• Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2-3 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere (A360) and automating processes with Power Automate
• Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python is a plus.
• Exposure to OutSystems or other low-code platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and self-learning ability.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
