About The Opportunity

As our AI Engineer, you'll hold the crucial role of conceptualizing, designing, and constructing AI-driven features that align seamlessly with our SaaS product.

You'll have the opportunity to engage directly with our core team, taking part in the validation and refinement of our AI strategies and working collaboratively to manifest these concepts into robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with our core team to understand and translate AI concepts into effective solutions.
• Design, construct, and test AI models and proof-of-concepts.
• Use your AI/ML expertise to propose innovative solutions meeting business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to guide model design and improvements.
• Oversee AI lifecycle, including training, validation, testing, deployment, and iterative refinement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, explaining the rationale for model decisions and performance details.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our AI capabilities remain at the forefront.
• Architect and implement scalable AI systems and pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
• Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks to track system performance through both online and offline metrics.

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in English, both in written communication and verbal articulation.
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms and model development.
• Proficient programming skills (e.g. Python...).
• Demonstrated proficiency in machine learning technologies, including Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and framework implementation (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph)
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and building NLP solutions, recommender systems, and conversational AI
• Proven expertise in Generative AI development, prompt engineering best practices
• Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment
