Tóm tắt công việc
Bạn sẽ đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc xây dựng, duy trì và tối ưu nền tảng hạ tầng đám mây dùng chung (Cloud Platform) để phục vụ các nhóm phát triển phần mềm. Công việc kết hợp cả kỹ thuật vận hành, tự động hóa và tư duy hệ thống.
Nhiệm vụ:
- Thiết kế và triển khai nền tảng hạ tầng cloud phục vụ hàng chục microservices: compute, storage, network, identity, observability,...
- Vận hành và tối ưu hệ thống Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, service mesh, secrets management, autoscaling,...
- Xây dựng hệ thống giám sát, cảnh báo và log tập trung (Cloud Logging,Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Datadog...).
- Tự động hóa toàn bộ vòng đời hạ tầng với Terraform, Helm, Ansible, DroneCI, hoặc tương đương.
- Đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng, bảo mật, ổn định và hiệu suất của toàn bộ nền tảng cloud.
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với DevOps, Security, Database, Networking và các nhóm phát triển sản phẩm
Yêu cầu công việc
Yêu cầu bắt buộc:
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành hệ thống trên cloud: GCP, AWS, Azure, hoặc Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Có kiến thức vững về hạ tầng: networking (VPC, DNS, Load Balancer), security, IAM, autoscaling, HA/DR, cost control.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế với Kubernetes (k8s): cluster setup, upgrades, networking (CNI), storage (PVC), monitoring,...
- Thành thạo các công cụ: Terraform, Helm, Docker, GitLab CI/GitHub Actions, DroneCI, Buildpacks,...
- Có hiểu biết sâu về Linux: kernel, cgroup, lệnh CLI,...
- Kinh nghiệm xử lý sự cố (incident response), debug log, tracing, performance tuning.
- Có khả năng viết script với Bash hoặc Go.
- Kỹ năng phân tích hệ thống, chủ động và giao tiếp tốt với các bên liên quan.
Ưu tiên nếu có:
- Kinh nghiệm triển khai GitOps (DroneCI, Kustomize,).
- Từng triển khai service mesh (Envoy, Ingress Nginx, Istio, …).
- Kinh nghiệm với cloud-native observability stack (OpenTelemetry, Loki, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK,...).
- Đã làm việc trong môi trường CI/CD tốc độ cao (hàng trăm deploy/ngày).
- Có chứng chỉ cloud như: CKA, CKAD, AWS/GCP/Azure Professional, v.v.
- Có hiểu biết về kiến trúc phần mềm, có kinh nghiệm debug, làm việc với ứng dụng Java.
- Kỹ năng mentoring/đào tạo nội bộ.
