Job Description
- Work directly with Korean customers and project managers to finalize and analyze specifications and requirements.
- Translate project materials and storyboards. Translate weekly and monthly reports, as well as security and performance reports.
- Participate in meetings to interpret Korean and Vietnamese for developers and the Korean PM (real-time translation).
- Estimate the schedule, carry out the task, and report on its progress.
- Contact the Korean IT Helpdesk Center for assistance in resolving security program issues.

2. Working Environment
- Working time: Monday – Friday. We work 40 hours per week.
- English working environment: Chance to work onsite abroad and work on challenging GDC projects. Work closely with both Vietnamese and Korean experts.

Yêu cầu công việc
Your Skills and Experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience as a translator and interpreter in the IT industry.
- Advanced in Korean language from TOPIK 5, with strong verbal skills in English.
- Expect to become a Bridge Service Engineer.
- Have knowledge of software testing is a big plus.
- Have a service mindset, be a team player, and have strong interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders from multiple teams.
- Proactively adapt to new ways of working and take initiative in problem-solving.
