We are looking for experienced Senior Mobile Developers (Flutter) to join our high-powered experienced product team who follow agile development principles, and who value well-designed software, creative thinking and thrive on solving the un-solvable. You will be working on technology spanning mobile communications (voice, messaging, email), and fintech/payments all underpinned by strong security and privacy principles.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a well-established and leading start-up in Vietnam as One Mount Group and you will be part of OMRE - OneHousing team - focusing on building the most complete and trusted platform for buying and selling a home in Vietnam
Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications
- Design highly scalable, testable code
- Discover and fix programming bugs
Salary & Allowances
- 13-month salary with annual performance bonus, project incentives, sales incentives (based on position)
- Lunch allowance: 730.000 VND/month
- Special occasion bonus: 2.500.000VND/year
- Annual leaves: Up to 20 days/year (based on levels)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Desire to work in a startup environment, able to self-manage and work remotely.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in building and deploying mobile applications using Flutter (Android and/or iOS platforms).
- Proven experience integrating with third-party libraries, SDKs, and APIs.
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Experience working in an agile development process.
- Proficiency with version control (Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
- Write clear, maintainable and testable code that you are proud of.
- Having published one or more apps to the Google Play Store or Apple App Store is a strong plus.
