Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with delivery managers and clients to understand current and future business needs
- Analyze existing systems to identify upgrade opportunities or feature enhancements
- Propose comprehensive business solutions with cost estimations (development, operations, maintenance)
- Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and integration
- Facilitate technical discussions with development teams to align on software requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the project lifecycle
- Ensure seamless integration of all system components and infrastructure
- Provide training and guidance to staff on system procedures and best practices
- Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions from stakeholders
- Monitor system performance to ensure alignment with user needs and business goals
- Support presales activities including technical proposals and solution presentations

Technical Expertise
- Strong background in Java API Microservices & Oracle PL/SQL & Forms/Reports
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, AKS, Apache NiFi, Salesforce
- Familiarity with .NET C#, ASP.NET, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Spring Framework, Spring Boot (preferred)
- Proficient in Oracle DB, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Experience with Unit Testing, Jenkins, Fortify, Snyk, SonarQ for code quality assurance
Soft Skills & Domain Knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and strategic thinking
- Proven experience in technical solutioning, proposal writing, and presales engagements
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in the insurance domain is a strong plus
- Willingness to work onsite at the customer’s office in HCMC (Hybrid model: 2–3 days onsite per week)
