Job Purpose
1. System operation: Directly perform monitoring, operation, change implementation, and handle system infrastructure issues on Cloud-AWS
2. User support: Directly support Cloud-AWS users in daily operations, ensuring user issues are handled quickly and effectively
Key Accountabilities
1. Responsibilities in operating the system on Cloud-AWS
- Monitor and report the daily operating status of the system and services.
- Report the system status.
- Update system operating documents. Manage and update CMDB for the system
- Research and deploy solutions to optimize operating costs on Cloud-AWS
- Improve work processes to increase operational efficiency
- Perform special operational tasks: Handle incidents, problems, perform backup testing
2. Other responsibilities:
- Participate in technology projects as assigned.
- Participate in handling technology risks as assigned.
- Perform other tasks as required by management levels.

1. Degree: Major in IT or Telecommunications electronics
2. Professional knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Cloud-AWS infrastructure, understanding of network functional components in a large enterprise.
- Priority is given to candidates with knowledge and understanding of Devops such as Python, Ansible, Jenkin, Git, TFE, ...
3. Experience
Experience working in the field of technology infrastructure: at least 3 year
4. Foreign language (English)
