The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for the following:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and Headless WordPress.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in PHP for backend and WordPress customizations.
• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and best practices across applications.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.

The Senior Full-stack Developer will report directly to the Line Manager and will possess the following attributes:

• 5+ years of professional development experience in modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NextJS (App Router, Server Components, API routes).
• Experience with Headless WordPress development and integration.
• Solid knowledge of PHP and WordPress customization.
• Good experience with TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and guiding teams.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerization.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic, etc.).
• Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting role
