Job Purpose

AI Technical Lead works in project groups of the Delivery organization and is responsible for the  implementation of software applications.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in design/code review.
• Coding, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshoot software.
• Aid in creating prototype/test applications.
• Working with members and Client of project teams to make certain specifications are satisfied.
• Select the most appropriate technical solution (architecture, design approaches or preliminary designs) and then demonstrate proposed solution to the client and the development team.
• Understand non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, maintainability and consult Technical Leads to create solutions meeting those requirements for a complex enterprise application.
• Write implementation documentation.
• Design the software application based on architecture and requirements (design packages, design subsystems, …).
• Act as a technical leader with 70% focus on management (planning, delegation, review) and 30% hands-on development to maintain code quality and architectural consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with backend development using Python; frontend experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage team members (5 people)
• Good English communication skills 

Computer Vision Expertise (Priority):

• OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, YOLO, FastAPI for image processing
• Experience in AI-driven object detection, tracking, and classification
• Deployment of CV models on cloud (AWS, Azure) and edge devices

Machine Learning & AI:

• Strong foundation in ML model development, optimization, and deployment
• Experience in MLOps practices and cloud-based model deployment

LLM Experience:

• Hands-on experience with transformer models, Hugging Face, GPT, or OpenAI APIs
• Experience in fine-tuning and deploying custom LLMs

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Python: Django, Flask, FastAPI, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Node.js, React.js, Nest.js, jQuery, Ajax
• Database Management: PostgreSQL, Redis, NoSQL
• Cloud & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), AWS, Azure Machine Learning
• Monitoring & Logging: Datadog, ELK Stack
• Software Collaboration: Jira, Bitbucket, GitLab
