We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying AI chatbots capable of handling a wide range of user inquiries before escalating to a human assistant. Your role will be crucial in training the chatbot to understand and respond to user questions swiftly and effectively, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI-powered chatbot solutions to assist users.
- Train the chatbot to understand and respond accurately to user inquiries based on a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Structure and design prompt engineering to enhance the AI model's understanding and interpretation of user instructions.
- Ensure the chatbot interactions are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Integrate the chatbot with OpenAI GPT and other relevant AI models to improve response accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create an engaging and easy-to-navigate user interface for the chatbot.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing AI chatbots, particularly in the area of government aid applications or similar domains.
- Extensive practical experience in prompt engineering, with a deep understanding of structuring instructions for AI models.
