- Participate in daily meetings, report work progress, planned tasks, and any obstacles encountered.
- Contribute ideas during Refinement/Planning sessions, assess task effectiveness, complexity, and risks through Story Points.
- Execute and take ownership of tasks based on capability or team assignment, ensuring code quality (Clean Code, Lint, Conventional Code) and passing all QC test cases.
- Collaborate with Design, Frontend, and QC teams to deliver product features according to requirements.
- Join Retrospectives: highlight strengths to maintain, identify weaknesses to improve.
- Maintain and fix product issues in a timely manner; for Juniors: follow guidance from senior team members, for Middles: proactively propose improvement solutions.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field of Software Development.
- 3+ year of hands-on experience in backend development (Python).
- English skills: able to read and understand technical documentation.
- Solid foundation in Python and familiarity with AI-powered programming tools.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Comfortable working with remote data (REST APIs, GraphQL) and implementing required functionalities.
- Understanding of software design principles: OOP, Design Patterns, Message Queue systems, Microservices, and Clean Architecture.
- Experience with databases (MySQL/ PostgreSQL/ MongoDB/ Redis), including writing advanced queries and designing schemas.
