• AI & Agentic Systems Development: Design, build, and optimize advanced AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI, LLM-based agents, multi-agent architectures, and autonomous workflows.
• Foundation Models & Domain Adaptation: Fine-tune and adapt foundation models (text, vision, multimodal) for real-world applications across industries.
• Computer Vision & Time Series: Develop and deploy models for image/video analysis, object detection, scene understanding, and predictive time-series forecasting.
• AI for Big Data: Architect AI systems capable of processing massive datasets with distributed computing, streaming pipelines, and large-scale analytics platforms.
• Data Engineering for AI: Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, feature engineering, and scalable model training.
• AI Software Engineering: Integrate AI models and pipelines into production-grade software systems using best practices in modular architecture, APIs, microservices, testing, security, and maintainability.
• MLOps & AI Engineering: Lead deployment, monitoring, optimization, and CI/CD automation for AI workloads with strong observability and reliability standards.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI solutions; mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science (+5 years of experience), AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong expertise in AI, ML, deep learning, Generative AI, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience with agentic AI and orchestration frameworks for autonomous systems.
• Solid knowledge of computer vision, time series analysis, AI for big data, and AI software engineering integration.
• Hands-on experience in data engineering for AI, distributed processing (Spark, Databricks), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
• Strong understanding of MLOps principles, scalable deployment, and AI observability.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and Git workflows.
• Main responsibility to provide AI solutions and support to develop AI-power tools for MA-AS in Diagnostic area to bring excellent operational efficiency in our GB partner’s daily work and customer experience.
