ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Live Payments is seeking a talented and experienced Full stack Developer to join our growing/ multi-national team. Reporting directly to our Vietnam based Team Leader, the Full stack Developer will work on developing and maintainour existing and future products.

Core duties include:

•  Develop and implement user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues and optimize automated processes.
•  Design, develop, and maintain robust backend APIs to support application functionality.
•  Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the reliability and quality of code.
•  Analyse system errors, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
•  Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and recommend improvements.
•  Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including SRS and design documents.
•  Acquire and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of related systems and technologies.
•  Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as required to support team objectives.

Required skills:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional   experience.
•  At least 3 years of proven experience in full-stack development within the information technology sector.
•  Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
•  Extensive knowledge of front-end development, including CSS and Material-UI.
•  Strong expertise in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with relational databases such as MS SQL,   MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
•  Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and scalable software architectures.
•  Practical experience with development tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
•  Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum.
•  Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
•  Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, self-motivation, and capacity to work both independently and   collaboratively.
•  A proactive and adaptable approach to contributing within dynamic team environments.

Nice-to-have skills:

•  Strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices.
•  Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Lambda.
•  Proficiency in implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
•  Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar.
