As a Senior DBA, you’ll play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database solutions that power our global digital transformation projects. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability across diverse environment
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL and NoSQL database systems
- Implement and optimize data models (e.g., dimensional modeling, star schema)
- Manage data integration workflows using ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Collaborate with cloud architects to deploy and manage databases on AWS
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior DBAs and developers
- Document database architecture, processes, and best practices

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in database design, development, and administration
- Deep expertise in both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools and technologies
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
