• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions 
• Provide effort estimates for planned work and communicate adjustments when scope or requirements change 
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components

Must have:  

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP software development  
• Familiar with one in systems: ERP, CMS, PIM, MAM/DAM 
• Experienced with REST APIs and database design  
• Experienced with Elastic Search, Redis, Message Queue (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.) 
• Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git) 
• Able to discuss and report daily work in English
• Strong in analytical and creative thinking skills 
• Confident in proposing and defending own solutions, while remaining open to feedback 
• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and finding structure in unclear tasks 
• Innovative and able to think beyond standard solutions (“outside-the-box” mindset) 
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership 

Nice to have:  

• Experienced in QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) practices 
• Comfortable working with open-ended, abstract goals
