→ Role Objective: Plan, develop, and optimize digital products and services in the dental domain, ensuring alignment with market needs, clinical workflows, and business strategy.

→ Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze requirements from users and stakeholders across the dental ecosystem (clinics, dentists, technicians, suppliers, customers).
• Plan, define, and propose features for products including:
  • Dental clinic management systems.
  • Dental treatment workflows and patient medical records.
  • Dental material procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
  • Payment systems, invoicing, reconciliation, and payment gateway integrations.
  • Warranty processes for dental services, equipment, and materials.
  • Dental imaging workflows (intraoral photos, X-ray, 3D scans).
• Create product documentation: BRD, MRD, User Stories, User Flows, basic Wireframes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and QA to ensure product quality and delivery timeline.
• Participate in UAT, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Track product performance, analyze user data, and propose feature optimizations.

• Working with business intelligence tools, accessing and working with big data from multiple sources, and partnering with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results

→ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare/Dentistry, or related fields.
• Preferred:
  • Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Healthcare or dental-related training or certificates.

→ Process and Professional Experience

• From 03 years of experience as a Product Planner, Product Owner, or Product Analyst & BA 
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum processes:
  • Requirement gathering, business analysis, user story creation.
  • Participation in grooming, sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
  • Close collaboration with Developer, QA, and UI/UX throughout sprints.
• Experience in building and managing product backlogs, prioritization based on value and technical complexity.
• Familiarity with dental clinic workflows: patient intake, treatment, material management, billing, imaging.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, customer service, and marketing to standardize implementation and product usage processes.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics, identify pain points, and propose improvements.
