About Team:

You will join our Information Security team, a critical function responsible for maintaining the highest standards of information security, compliance, and IT operations across the organization. This team works closely with all departments to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant technology operations while supporting our rapid growth and innovation goals.

Role Description/Responsibilities:

• Coordinate IT operations and infrastructure management to ensure reliable and secure technology systems across the organization
• Lead ISO 27001 compliance initiatives, including documentation, implementation, and periodic compliance reviews to maintain certification standards
• Work independently with company founders, principal engineers, HR, and operations teams to align IT security practices with business objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation for IT operations, security procedures, and compliance frameworks
• Manage computer setup, network configuration, and provide technical IT support to ensure seamless operations for all team members
• Monitor and assess information security risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with external auditors and compliance bodies during certification reviews and assessments
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring security standards are met throughout
• Support incident response procedures and coordinate resolution of IT security issues

Basic qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in IT operations, information security, or related technical roles
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001 standards and information security governance frameworks
• Experience with IT infrastructure management, including network configuration and system administration
• Proven ability to work independently and coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Strong documentation and process development skills with attention to detail
• Experience in compliance management and periodic review processes

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Internal Auditor certification
• Experience with IT service management frameworks (ITIL) and security compliance standards
• Knowledge of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security principles
• Experience working in fast-paced technology environments or startups
