Tóm tắt công việc

• Lập kế hoạch và vận hành các platform và web service liên quan đến game của Nexon
• Lập kế hoạch cho web page liên quan đến game, service portal và brand site
• Lập kế hoạch cho system vận hành nội bộ và các trang quản lý
• Thu thập và phân tích business requirement cũng như user requirement
• Soạn thảo tài liệu đặc tả chi tiết: user flow, screen structure, functional specification
• Phối hợp với developer và designer để đảm bảo nội dung trong kế hoạch được triển khai chính xác
• Phát hiện điểm cần cải thiện và cập nhật vào kế hoạch trong quá trình vận hành service

• Plan and operate platforms and web services related to Nexon game services
• Plan game-related web pages, service portals, and brand websites
• Plan internal operation systems and management pages
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements
• Create detailed planning documents including user flows, screen structures, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify and reflect improvements during service operation

Yêu cầu / Requirements

• Chấp nhận ứng viên mới ra trường hoặc đã có kinh nghiệm
• Hiểu biết cơ bản về cấu trúc web service
• Có khả năng tài liệu hóa requirement, cấu trúc screen/feature 1 cách logic
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt khi làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan
• Quan tâm và sẵn sàng học hỏi về game và digital service

• Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates
• Basic understanding of web service structures
• Ability to logically document requirements and screen/feature structures
• Strong communication skills for smooth collaboration with related teams and partners
• Interest and willingness to learn about games and digital services

• Có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh trong công việc

• Experience in game service or game-related platform planning
• Experience planning web services, service portals, or brand websites
• Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Notion, PowerPoint, or similar tools
• Experience writing detailed planning documents such as functional specifications, policy documents, and PRDs
• Ability to communicate in English for work purposes
