We are looking for a BrSE candidate to join the project from offshore, receiving the requirements from clients, 
then communicating and cooperating with the Software Development/ Offshore team to develop the system 
and managing the development process of the software projects for clients. 

Requirements Management & Analysis: 

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define, and document their needs and 
  objectives. 
• Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for 
  improvement. 
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications, 
  user stories, and use cases. 
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions. 

Documentation & Communication: 

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents 
  (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and other relevant artifacts. 
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders and vice-versa. 
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding 
  throughout the project lifecycle.

Solution Design & Technical Understanding: 

• Possess a solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). 
• Contribute to the design of scalable and efficient software solutions, considering technical feasibility 
  and business impact. 
• Leverage your AWS experience to understand and articulate requirements related to cloud-based 
  solutions, infrastructure, and services. 
• Participate in technical discussions and provide input on solution architecture from a requirements 
  perspective. 

Testing & Quality Assurance Support: 

• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure test cases accurately reflect business requirements. 
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements and assisting with issue resolution. 

Project Support: 

• Assist project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and risk identification. 
• Proactively identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks related to requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related 
  field. 

Experience: 

• 2+ years of professional experience in software development (e.g., as a Software Engineer, Developer). 
• 1 year of dedicated experience as a BRSE or similar role (e.g., Business Analyst, Systems Analyst) 
  focusing on requirements gathering and analysis. 
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including familiarity with core 
  services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). 

Essential Soft Skills: 

• Strong Japanese language skills (N2+ or higher) are essential. English proficiency is a plus 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. 
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus. 
• Understanding database concepts and SQL. 
• Basic understanding of API integrations and web services.
